Founder & Head of School
Dr. Olivia Gillespie is the Founder and Head of School of King’s Kids Academy and Collegiate Prep (KKACP). With over 15 years of leadership experience in school administration, state education policy, nonprofit governance, and instructional systems, her work reflects a commitment to faith-centered leadership, strong accountability, and sustainable, high-performing educational models.
She has served as a principal, Dean of Instruction, educator, and state-level leader. Dr. Gillespie also brings extensive governance experience, serving on nonprofit and early childhood boards and youth commissions.
She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership for Educational Equity and maintains a teacher, principal, superintendent, and early childhood director licensure in Colorado. Grounded in faith, stewardship, and service, she leads KKACP’s Birth–12 vision focused on academic excellence, family partnership, and long-term sustainability.
Board President
A dedicated, integrity-driven leader, Helene Ward brings more than 30 years of experience in federal financial management, nonprofit governance, and ministry leadership. Known for excellence, accountability, and stewardship, she has built a career focused on strengthening financial systems, supporting organizational leadership, and ensuring responsible use of resources.
She served 34 years with the Department of Defense, including 22 years in management, where she specialized in auditing, pay administration, budgeting, financial oversight, and internal controls. In this role, she managed financial operations for active-duty military personnel, retirees, and annuitants across the Air Force and Navy.
In addition to her federal career, she brings extensive nonprofit and ministry leadership experience, serving in roles such as trustee, treasurer, president, and board chair. Her service reflects a long-standing commitment to organizational health, strategic planning, and stewardship.
Board Member
Linda McClure-Madry is a dedicated education manager and early childhood educator with extensive experience in teaching, program leadership, and educator development. She began her career as an early childhood teacher at Clayton Early Learning, where she spent eighteen years working directly with young children and their families. Linda transitioned into educational leadership and management role in May of 2023. In her current role as an education manager, she leads curriculum planning, supports teacher professional development, and ensures the implementation of high-quality early childhood teaching practices.
Linda believes that strong early learning programs are built through collaboration among educators, families, and communities.
Linda holds a AAS degree in Early Childhood Education, a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Director’s Certificate from the State of Colorado, and a PDIS Professional Credential Level V.
Board Member & Youth Consultant
Jadyn Wells is a faith-centered social media influencer and podcaster pursuing a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. A Dean’s List scholar, she is committed to academic excellence, community outreach, and meaningful storytelling through digital media.
She actively leads youth ministry and uses her voice and social media platforms to encourage, uplift, and inspire youth through authentic, purpose-driven content rooted in faith. leadership, and service.
