Who Are We?

King’s Kids Academy and Collegiate Prep (KKACP) is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization (501(c)(3)) committed to advancing high-quality, equitable early learning and long-term collegiate preparation for children and families. Founded on the Lordship of Jesus Christ and guided by biblical principles, KKACP operates under the governance of a Board of Directors that provides faithful stewardship, strategic direction, and accountability. Through sound fiduciary oversight and a commitment to integrity, KKACP ensures mission fidelity, regulatory compliance, and the responsible management of all resources entrusted to its care (Luke 16:10).

Our Mission

Rooted in biblical truth, our mission is to partner with Christian families to nurture each child as a beloved creation of God—“fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14)—cultivating faith, curiosity, identity, and early academic excellence. Through research-based early learning and an HBCU-inspired collegiate preparatory framework, we equip children to grow in wisdom, knowledge, and purpose, preparing them for lifelong success from birth through graduation (Proverbs 22:6; Luke 2:52).

Our Vision

Our vision is to cultivate a Christ-centered learning community where children grow in faith, confidence, and purpose—firmly rooted in their identity in Christ, supported by strong families and community, and prepared from the earliest years for college, leadership, and service. We envision students who are equipped to walk in their God-given calling and to be “the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14), impacting their communities with truth, compassion, and excellence.

Our Core Values

Our work is guided by core values that:
• Affirms the Image of God: We believe every child is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), possessing inherent worth, dignity, and purpose.
• Elevates the Christ-like Character: We elevate faith and character as foundational to development, cultivating the fruit of the Spirit—“love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control” (Galatians 5:22–23).
• Honors the Whole Child: We recognize children as capable learners, created with curiosity and the capacity to grow through independence, inquiry, and meaningful relationships.
• Pursues Justice and Equity: We are committed to equity, access, and justice as an expression of God’s heart (Micah 6:8), recognizing high-quality education as both a moral and spiritual imperative to remove barriers created by poverty and systemic inequities impacting under-resourced communities.

OUR APPROACH

Through a whole-child, whole-family approach, KKACP integrates education, health, and family well-being, recognizing parents and caregivers as the primary educators and partners in a child’s development (Deuteronomy 6:6–7).

We strive to model excellence, integrity, and faithful stewardship in all we do. We are building a foundation that produces lasting impact for generations to come—so that each child may walk confidently in their purpose and calling according to God’s design.
